Derrick Horner has represented public companies globally for over 10 years. Prior to joining Vizible, Derrick served as General Counsel of Massive Incorporated, the world's first dynamic in-game advertising network, where he structured all of the company's customer and partner relationships and guided the company through its acquisition by Microsoft Corporation.

Prior to Massive, Derrick was a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of 24/7 Real Media, Inc., a leading provider of Internet advertising services, where he shared global responsibility for the company's legal affairs and actively participated in shaping industry initiatives on Internet privacy and spyware.

Derrick has also managed strategic relationships in key roles with Source Media, Inc. and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and London.

Derrick joined Vizible Corporation in 2006. He is focused on driving corporate strategy and governance of the company.

Derrick graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a B.A. in Economics and received his J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School.
