Working as an integral member of the Development team, you will be a critical part in the ongoing delivery of product development by scripting and automating product installation packages.
Under the guidance of the Director of Technology Development, you will be responsible through development cycles for leveraging InstallShield products to package our leading edge 3D applications.
Ideally, your skill set will be extensive, but you have the following:
- Expert with creating both InstallScript and InstallScript-MSI projects
- Expert-level InstallScript programming
- Expert-level InstallShield Automation Interface development
- Merge Module development in both Installshield and Visual Studio
- Updating tools (RTPatch, etc.)
- C++ development (or InstallShield Automation Interface and other helper programs development)
- MS COM development (for InstallShield Automation Interface development)
Additionally, you may have the following skills:
- Automated build process
- Automated unit test frameworks
- Automated testing UI tool (Winrunner/Quicktest)
Ideally, you have come from a small to medium size office environment, start up and/or technology sector. You have a passion for technology and build engineering. You are able to effectively manage project dependencies and deliver against aggressive deadlines.
You are a self-starting, career minded individual with a passion for success and a track record of delivering results. You are personable, caring and client service oriented.
Your ability to learn quickly and work independently are key attributes for success. You must be highly achievement oriented and be driven by a passion for wanting the best. You thrive in a changing environment and are adaptable.
